Babes in the Wood (2005) told a more traditional story. It was set again in Bernwood Forest, the historic woodland area around Launton. Along with the normal Panto characters it featured a group of teenage actors as the backing group (The Launtones) for the Principal Boy, Lenny. The £4,250 raised brought the total donated by the Pantomime since 1991 to £33,420.50
