2019 charitable fundraising

The Launton Village Players are very glad to be able to give all proceeds to charities, with thanks to audiences for joining in. Our productions since 1991 have raised over £118,000.

Donations in 2019:

Panto Sleeping Beauty (but not that one!) distributed £3620 to 18 charitable organisations and 13 local schools.  (Costs were higher than in previous years.)

The Summer Fun Show raised £622.75 for the Parish Hall Improvement Project (PHIP).

The money raised from the Autumn Plays was £296.51 (less than the previous year, but had a big Performing Rights cost as two plays): shared between Bicester Forget Me Nots and PHIP.
And the carol singing around the village for Alzheimer’s Society in December raised £187.08.
